Alright, so when I posted this I didn't have enough time for a proper comment, but here we go.

So, this is Tom Delonge. I draw him. ALOT.
HB, 2B pencils.

And, unfortunatley, I won't be able to put up the finished product, because I gave it to my friend for his birthday. ;p It'll remain in my gallery, though, because it took a damn long time to do, and I can't bear to put it in my scraps.
